Account and access
How do I get an account?
Request one with your player name and email, open the verification link and wait for approval. You can check the status in your account.
Why is approval manual?
JuggerMaster is in testing. Reviewing each account lets us control player numbers and server load, and keep abusive accounts out while the game matures.
Will you email me when I am approved?
No. Email is only used to verify accounts and recover passwords. Request status, social and match notifications are shown on the web and in the game.
Is there a minimum age?
Yes: 14. When registering you confirm you meet it and accept the terms of use and the privacy policy.
I forgot my password.
Request a recovery link. It expires after 30 minutes and works only once.
Downloads
Where do I download the game?
In Downloads, with an approved account. You will see the latest version for each system and the history with its changes.
What hardware do I need?
As a reference, a GTX 1060 or equivalent for 60 FPS at 1080p, with 64-bit Windows 10/11 or Linux x86_64. Other requirements will be confirmed with the first version.
Does it work on Linux and Arch?
Yes. There is a .tar.gz package for Linux and a pacman package for Arch Linux, with installation instructions in Downloads.
What is the SHA-256 for?
To check that the downloaded file is exactly the published one. Compare your file’s fingerprint with the one shown on the website before installing.
Why does the link expire after 5 minutes?
Download links are signed and temporary so only approved accounts can download. If one expires, generate a new one.
Matches
How many people play a match?
Up to ten humans, five per team. Bots fill the empty slots, and if someone disconnects the AI keeps playing their character.
Can I control any player on my team?
Any player run by a bot. Never a character reserved by another human.
Can I join a room hosted by a stranger?
If the room is public, you can ask to join. The host accepts or declines the request.
How do chat and reports work?
You can message your friends and report messages that break the terms. The moderation team reviews reports and may issue warnings or suspensions.
Privacy
Can I hide my profile?
Yes. With a private profile, your statistics, history and achievements are no longer public.
How do I export or delete my data?
From your account you can download all your data and delete the account. Deletion is total; encrypted backups expire after 8 days.
Do you use cookies?
Only technical cookies to keep you signed in. Analytics are cookieless, which is why there is no banner.
