No data protection officer is appointed: write to the contact address for any privacy matter.
Data we process
- Account: player name, email address and password (we only store an irreversible hash, never the password).
- Profile and game: chosen emblem, private profile preference, statistics, match history, achievements and ranking.
- Social: friendships, requests, blocks, messages between friends, rooms, invitations and notifications.
- Moderation: reports sent or received and sanctions applied, with their reason.
- Technical and security logs: sessions, access times, IP address to limit abuse, and administrative audit logs.
We do not ask for sensitive data or payment data. Email addresses are encrypted at rest in the database.

We only send emails to verify registration and recover passwords. There is no advertising, no commercial profiling and no automated decision-making with legal effects. We do not sell data.
Minimum age
You must be at least 14 to register, the age from which you can consent to the processing of your data under article 7 of Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). If we find an account belonging to someone under 14, we will delete it.
Retention
- Account, profile, match and social data are kept while the account exists.
- Deleting your account erases all your personal data. In other players’ matches you appear as “Deleted player”.
- Backups are encrypted and expire after 8 days, so deleted data fully disappears from them within that period.
- Technical and security logs are kept for a short period, as needed to protect the service.
- Rejected or unverified registration requests may be deleted without notice.
Data processors
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. These providers process it on our behalf under a data processing agreement:

International transfers
Cloudflare and Resend may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider participates and, in any case, on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, with additional measures such as encryption in transit.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability.
- From your account: export all your data as JSON, correct your name or preferences, make your profile private, or delete the account permanently.
- By email: write to info@jugger.xmassoftware.com from the address linked to your account. We reply within one month.
If you believe we have not handled your rights properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Security
We use encrypted connections, strongly hashed passwords, emails encrypted at rest, sessions in HttpOnly cookies not readable by JavaScript, encrypted backups and role-based access control for administration.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will show it on this page with a new update date and, for relevant changes, on the website or in the game.
