Purpose

This site presents JuggerMaster, a team Jugger video game in development, and lets you request and manage accounts, view profiles and leaderboards, organise matches and download the client with an approved account.

Using the site means accepting this legal notice and the terms of use.

Intellectual and industrial property

The JuggerMaster name, logo, illustrations, texts, design and code of this site and the client belong to the owner or are used under licence from their authors. Reproduction, distribution or transformation without permission is forbidden, except for uses allowed by law.

Third-party resources (3D models, typefaces, libraries and, where applicable, audio) are used under their licences, listed on the credits page.

Jugger is a sport; its rulebook belongs to the Spanish Jugger Federation and is cited as reference. JuggerMaster is not endorsed or backed by the FEJ.

Liability

JuggerMaster is a project in development. The owner strives to keep information accurate and the service available, but does not guarantee the absence of errors, interruptions or loss of game data.

The owner is not liable for misuse of the site by users or for content they publish against the terms of use, without prejudice to removing it once aware of it.

Governing law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the competent courts under the applicable rules, including consumer protection rules.
