Terms of use.

Acceptance

These terms govern the use of the jugger.xmassoftware.com website, accounts, social features and the JuggerMaster client, offered by Sergi Pinós. By registering or using the service you accept them, together with the privacy policy.

Accounts

• You must be at least 14 years old.
• One account per person. Registration details must be truthful and the email must be yours.
• Access to the game and downloads requires verifying your email and manual approval by the team, which may grant or refuse it at its discretion during the testing phase.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe. If you suspect unauthorised access, change it and sign out of all devices.
• Player names must be respectful and must not impersonate anyone. They can be changed once every 30 days.

Conduct and chat

Play fair and treat others with respect. The following is forbidden:

• Harassing, insulting, threatening or discriminating, and hate messages.
• Sending spam, advertising or malicious links.
• Cheating, using third-party programs that give an advantage, or automating play.
• Deliberately exploiting game bugs instead of reporting them.
• Impersonating other people, the JuggerMaster team or the FEJ.
• Sharing other people’s personal data.

Moderation and reports

You can report messages and behaviour that break these terms. The moderation team reviews reports and keeps them as long as needed. Decisions are recorded with their reason.

Sanctions

Depending on severity and repetition, the team may remove content, issue warnings, suspend the account temporarily or ban it permanently. Every suspension states its reason and, if temporary, its end date. You can ask for a review at info@jugger.xmassoftware.com.

Client licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable and free licence to install and use the client with your approved account, for non-commercial purposes.

• You may not redistribute, sell, rent or publish the client or its files.
• You may not decompile, reverse engineer or modify the client, except where the law expressly allows it.
• Included third-party resources (3D models, typefaces, audio) are governed by their own licences and may only be used within the game.

Service in development

JuggerMaster is in development and offered as is. There may be bugs, changes to rules or balance, interruptions, resets of statistics or leaderboards, and periods without available servers. We do not guarantee continuous availability.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for indirect damage or loss of game progress caused by errors or interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.

Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. We will publish the new version with its date and, for relevant changes, announce it on the website or in the game. If you disagree, you can delete your account.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from the account section. Deletion is total and irreversible; see the privacy policy for backup periods.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be heard by the competent courts under the applicable rules; if you are a consumer, those of your place of residence.
